Report a Nickname

CoolNickname hosts a community nickname library that anyone can contribute to. We moderate submissions, but if you find a nickname that is inappropriate or breaks our rules, please report it and we’ll review it quickly.

When to report a nickname

  • Hateful, harassing or discriminatory content.
  • Sexually explicit, violent or otherwise obscene names.
  • Impersonation of a real person, brand or official.
  • Personal data, advertising, spam or links.
  • Anything illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights.

How to report

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Report” and include:

  1. The exact nickname (copy and paste it).
  2. The page URL where you saw it.
  3. A short reason why it should be removed.

We review every report and remove content that breaks our rules, usually within 1–2 business days. Thank you for helping keep CoolNickname clean and welcoming for everyone.
